Digital marketing and PR strategist for CannaMarkUSA is the first, patent-pending direct-on-edible warning label for cannabis-infused foods (medical and adult-use).

Goal: Development and launch of the mobile app.

Successes included:

  • Mobile App – Developed and produced mobile app for consumers and patients. App users are able to scan the label on an edible to find out the amount of cannabis in the product, and the app then tracks the level of cannabis that’s been ingested to then warn consumers of over-ingestion. The app also contains state-mandated information.
  • Investor Deck – Researched and wrote investor/pitch decks to raise funding.
  • Business Development – Defined sales processes and traveled nationwide for sales pitches with state officials and manufacturers. Helped close conditional deals from $2-12M per contract.
  • Public Relations – Generated press materials including press releases, media kits, media alert announcements, pitch emails, and talking points to industry press. Solely managed, coordinated and represented the company’s events and sales pitches at major industry events nationwide.
    • Coordinated and pitched radio interviews for stakeholder celebrity talent: American rapper, DJ, MC, record producer, and actor, Reginald “Reggie” Noble, better known by his stage name Redman.
    • Won broadcast coverage including FOX business news (250,000 viewers per show), Complex Magazine (120M annual audience) and SWAY in the Morning (1M+ viewers a month).
