Digital Strategist to develop and launch revised, global career sites for United Technologies Corporation, now Raytheon Technologies. Work included integrating proprietary software with third party Applicate Tracking Systems (ATS) serving multiple global regions and languages.  

The project spanned across all global business units including aircraft engines, aerospace systems, HVAC, elevators and escalators, fire and security, building systems, and industrial products.

    Revised all career sites for each UTC business unit including:

Global website development – Redesigned all UTC’s career sites and integrated each with proprietary job site software with third party Applicate Tracking Systems serving multiple global regions and languages (APAC, UK, Europe).  

 Global compliance – Revised all career sites to be in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws introduced during the redesign process. 

Customer and content strategy – Optimized the job candidate journey to offer relevant content to engage and convert top-tier job seekers to apply for hard-to-fill positions. 

Candidate Experience Surveys – Launched job candidate surveys to improve the job application experience, decrease drop-off, and enhance the onboarding experience.
