Microderm GLO is an e-commerce website that sells microdermabrasion skincare devices.
Challenge: The majority of sales were via a global e-commerce website. However, they wanted to drive traffic to their own branded website to increase sales there.
Goal: Increase website conversion.
Successes included:
PPC – Launched a PPC campaign across display, search, and shopping and gathered data. The shopping ads gained the most traction and the CPA started to decrease incrementally whilst increasing revenue from conversions by 7% from the previous month.
Email Marketing – Launched an email marketing strategy and produced new workflows, a welcome email series, and a nurturing email series and increased revenue by 10% in the first two weeks.
